I found this on a beach in Hansville, WA. I am hoping the logo might help identify the item. Is it the top of a perfume bottle, perhaps?

Thanks for any help!

Looks like a bottle top, perfume maybe.

Hey bythebay,

Welcome to TNet, and thanks for inducing strong déjà vu with that logo. Though I'm not certain, I think Lanvin flirted with that logo in the Seventies, and perhaps earlier. What is the configuration of the glass at the bottom of the tube?

I think doublet / Tim may be on the right track for a purse sized perfume.

Update: I was ultimately able to identify this item with some help from reddit. I had been searching for VV logos but should have been searching for LL logos! It is the broken top of a Lucien Lelong perfume bottle. Here is what appears to be the same model which was produced between 1935-1940. Now I find myself fantasizing about this falling off of a luxury yacht cruising into Puget Sound from some exotic location many years ago.
