I have used this repeatedly with great success.
Click on your huge photo with right mouse button. Menu pops up. Click on send to (then) Mail Recipient.
Once in the attachment bar of the mail, Click on open. Then use mouse to click on file and Save As.
This will reduce greatly your photo and make it easier to upload. Then get rid of the email.
The new reduced photo will be in your pictures file of your computer.
I am NO computer person, maybe others can explain this easy task easier. It really helps. I am certain many people wanted to post photos but can't reduce the size.
My two reales.
