Bike License

Hi I'm Joe from Ironton Ohio. I found this License in my yard in Ironton years ago while detecting. Don't know how it got here from Dayton but just wondering if it is a common find in the Dayton area? Its copper and I tried to open up the strap that held it to the bike and the very end of strap broke off so I just left it as is. The copper must have got brittle because of age. Joe.

nice find, they are rare to find,as how it got to Ironton family couldve moved bike mighta been sold etc
