There is a flint found locally in a few limestone ridges in my area, it ranges from black and white to grey and white to dark grey light grey or brown and white . I've found quite a few points made of this material and they are the pride of local collectors. I sold a frame of 30 of these to a local fellow who likes them very much. I was just wondering if this stuff is found elsewhere ? I show here a few examples (poor pics.) Thanks !

The skunk flint is found in N Ala and N Ga so I would guess it is also in Tn. So far all I have found is the cores but I am hoping to find the tools soon.

I get a blue and black or brown and black Not found any black and white. Cool stuff. Your local stuff is sometimes the most fun to collect.

Wow that is striking stuff. I'm not sure if this is exactly the same but close..this is a graver I found here in fla. It just happens to look like a duck head.
