Looks like a breeding pair. A Bobcat, like any cat, is territorial,
so odds are you only have the two (at least til she has kittens).

Awesome critters...:occasion14:

Ive got video of 3 adults, and 5-6 kittens in one spot in one video. ive identified several different adults by markings as well. also got one at the Taxidermist that weighed in at 36lbs. its a mess of em.. lol

IF you hear a baby crying at night...BEWARE!

Oh yea.. been there heard that.. last year found a 75-80 lb yearling deer that was killed by one and buried in the leaves to come back to later.

Guessing then that it's mom and dad with the kittens, plus a yearling cub.

With the females in the dens with kittens, the male generally does 90%
of the hunting, but she will hunt too if the need arises. Can't imagine
them allowing another adult cat to be around those kittens. A mother
bobcat will protect those kittens just like a mother bear, and she's
not gonna tolerate strangers hanging around.

36 lbs. is big cat..like one fattened up on turkey's. Did you get it
during the winter when the pelt was prime? :occasion14:

Yes I harvested the Bobcat in December 2018, while deer hunting about 100 yards further down the bayou.
When I went got it, i had to cross the beaver dam, and stopped in front of one of the game cameras with it to get some pics.
When I checked the game camera next time, there was 3 pics of me with the Bobcat, and the very next pics was another bobcat smelling the blood of the one I had harvested. Neighbors Wife also harvested one the previous year, and we still seeing them on camera very regular.

All good. Never been one to use the term "harvest", as I find it
misleading. We harvest corn and beans, but when we hunt an
animal we kill it.

Don't mess with Bob he's mean
