Did you see all that didn't happen? Like the action or recoil of the gun firing? The "blind" man reacting to the sudden loud noise? The kids standing nearby running and hiding at the sound of gunfire? The people in the parking lot in the line of fire ducking and covering? Any action from anyone nearby that supported the screaming in the audio? Yeah, I didn't see any of that either.

He posts a large number of spoofed and staged videos, with the same guy appearing in most of them. This is captured from the spoof theft video:
This is captured from another spoof on his Facebook account. Note the same tattoos on his left arm. It’s the same guy, and I believe it’s Luigi himself:
