Welcome from Virginia, as a former Northern Cali boy all I can say about Monterey Bay is what a gorgeous place to live and way way expensive so the treasure should be off the hook!!!!

GREETINGS! There are quite a few detectorists around they Monterey Bay area but no local clubs that I know of. I go out every week or two. Seen some of the same people down on Del Monte beach over the last couple years. Detecting for about two years or more. I use a Whites Beach Hunter and just got a Nokta Simplex from my wife for Christmas.
