Dug this at an old homesite that has pulled up several civil war items, including a confederate wreath buckle. This looks like a lady's sash buckle of some sort. It's about 1 3/4 inches long and 1 inch wide (maybe slightly larger). Any ideas? Thank you in advance for your help!
