Happy New Year everyone.
I located a thin brass fragment that is approximately 3 inches long. It is about 1 1/2 inches wide at its narrowest end and the widest end is about 2 inches wide. You may be able to see a small tack in the center at the narrow end and a notch on the right side 3/4 inch from the bottom where another tack or something was located. The piece is stamped with a floral design. A couple of images showing the piece are attached. There is also a closeup and a rubbing I made to try to show the design more clearly. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be from?
Thank you.
