Brass Hinge,rather ornate

Finished today,found 4 weeks ago. It was rather a rusty lot,been soaking it ,and,working to get open,finally! I like it. God Bless Chris

That's neat looking. It's hard to tell scale from the photo. Is it small, like for a jewelry box, or big, like for a door/gate? Either way, very cool!

Neat find and cleaned up well....given the elaborate design would imagine it came off a fancy furniture piece or some such.

I don't know Colin,was rather rusty for a book,3 screws left,a pile of oxide to clean off. I still think it is cool reguardless.
