Broken Adze? Celt? Nothing?

I want to start off by saying I think this is nothing than a rock... but... part of me is unsure. I found this at a spot where I've found many other artifacts including points, pottery, etc. -- found among river cobble. What do you think? Broken adze / celt? Or is it just nothing? Everything about it says yes to me except for the butt end that appears broken. The patina in that area is a bit strange and it almost looks like the cortex is showing in an area where it shouldn't be -- for that reason, I think it's just a rock.

There's millions of rocks there... so perhaps, but I didn't see any.

Looks natural to me, if it was a celt it is so broken up impossible to say from pictures.

Yep, I agree it's probably natural but part of me still doesn't know. I've found two obvious chipped adze / celt type tools at this location so I'll be happy I found those.
