Found this while metal detecting at cave in Rock, it was about 4 inches in the sand wedged under a fallen tree. The only reason I found it was I detected a sinker next to it.

Its old.Looks like the bottom of a old crock ,maybe had some good ole moonshine in it at one time !

Went back a couple of weeks ago and tried to find the rest of it to glue back together. We may take the boat back there sunday so I can look again. Cave In Rock is famous for it's River Pirates, so I can imagine that maybe it was for liquor.
