Bronze Bust Man with baboon mark

Greetings,
I am looking for any help to identifing this bronze plaque or event the mark of the baboon.
Not much information other than its quite older, its defintley a man possible roman or french, italian 17th century to 18th century.
There is small baboon face in bottom even with hair below flower.

Could be related to King Louis XIV. There's a statue of him at the Eiffel Tower that is similar.

I see what you are referring too but I don't think it is a baboon; looks like a small bow.

To me it looks like a wolf head Epaulette or robe pin.

Maybe the flower is the Button for the Epaulet.
