Buckle Age Help

Got into a colonial site today here in SE Virginia. Was wondering if anyone could put a time period on this buckle. Thanks

If you search Colonial Buckles on Google there are a few pics. Looks like its mid 1600s to early 1700s. Sweet find. Nothin that old by me.
