Buckle but how old..

Found this today- first buckle. Can anyone tell me how old and approximate valuation? House was built 1820's but I believe it is from 1900-1940 time frame. Anyone help? Approximately 3" long by1 3/4" wide. Thanks.

Neat buckle.I rode saddle bronc for a while.I am not sure when competition rodeos started but I am guessing 1900 +.
