He wrote: "standard iron horse tack related buckle".

He meant for you to read that it's an iron buckle frame most likely related to horse tack, horse tack meaning the buckles used on horse halters and other related horse harnessing equipment. Iron being a common and standard material for horse tack.

Got it. :icon_thumleft: This land was settled on early 1700's but have been occupied by a nursing school and monestary for years, so its a good sign to find farm artifacts. TY guys. :headbang:
