Buckles ID please

Today must have been the day for buckles I swear. Does any one know these? And age?? Thanks!

Is the top one brass?

Top item resembles rein hardware... the flat end where the leather rein attaches and the round end holding a swivel hook.

Bottom item resembles and is probably a horse halter adjustment buckle.

Maybe.
