Hi all, I am going to get right down to the goodies for my 2011 totals.

Included in wheat counts: 15-20 R/B or RED cents and a 1937 holed wheat penny
Also- what I believe is a grease filled reverse/struck thru cloth 1946 penny

17- steel pennies (16 1943p, 1 1943d)

NICKELS 14 Buffalo nickels (ND after means the date was restored after nic-a-date)

-Had really hot penny boxes this month (~40 wheats per box)(searched 3 boxes)
-I only search boxed coin since CWR's are rare in my area. (occasional CWR)

How uncommon are those older cents in Canada?

The King George V are not that common in here. I've been through 4 penny box and haven't found even on King George V penny.
I average about 5 wheat cents per box and 30 King George VI.
Is it common to find at least 1 King George VI in a US penny box?

i've done close to around 30-35 penny boxes this year, I may have found 6-8 King george VI pennies(the ones from the 40's and 50's)

Thanks, I was actually on a 4-month, 16 box skunk streak for half dollars, up until the other day was the skunk streak broken... 2 boxes produced a 1966 and 1964. Hopefully this is a sign of improvement for 2012, but I have changed my order from 2 boxes of halves to 1 box of halves and 2 boxes of dimes--- will change once the half dollars improve once again.

However, I do plan on hitting dimes harder this year, as I have found a source of those "PAPER WRAPPED" dimes.

Thanks, I try my best to stay diverse, though I try my best to stay away from those quarters, I plan on searching enough quarter boxes this year to find one silver washington in a roll.
