Building a recurculatung highbanker pump question.

I live in CA so I have to use a recurculatung system and pack my own water in. I have a 4ft Jobe sluce. And I want to build a box on it. I was wondering if a 2000gph electric buildge pump would do the trick. I don't want to use gas any suggestions?

Grab some dirt from you're prospecting area, bring it home and test out your sluice system.
It might be perfect....or it might need more or less water flow.
It all depends on angle, material size going down and the normal areas average gold size for the mat and riffle type to be at their best recovery rates.
Only tests will tell.
Better to test and lose gold at home than in the field and never know it.

And screen your material in the feild so you don't have to lug all that waste rock home!
