Can anyone help me identify this bullet? What does HP stand for? Thanks for looking.

HP is hollow point. Looks like a .22 short can't really tell the size.

I believe federal also stamped HP on .22's. if it's a federal brand bullet I believe it would mean high power

Thanks Buckeyejim. I looked closely at the bullet, and it is not hollow point. I bet you are correct with high power.
