Without precise measurements we won't be able to accurately ID your bullet but my guess would be a modern muzzle loader.

With NOOOO idea of size, weight or measurements I will guess a relatively modern .38 Special or .357 Magnum target bullet. Looks like a wadcutter.

Weight is 14.8 grams. Would a modern bullet have white Petina on it?

Any guess on the diameter. I know the length is not measurable but diameter would help. 14.8 grams equals 228.4 grains so it is a smaller bullet than what I guessed. I would have to go CharlieP.'s ID.

14.8 grams = 228 grains. Ballpark for a .44 caliber pistol (220 to 240 grains before hitting something).

I dig my own fired bullets and lead slugs for re-use that are white. You can get a full white patina in under 10 years hereabouts. Depends on what is in the soil.
