Sunset at Burro Creek last night. Hwy 93, 8 miles south of Wikiup, AZ. I should have taken a pic of the thermometer the next morning..... 33 degrees outside the tent!

I saw some 2018-19 winter weather predictions for the SW that say it's gonna be unusually cold this season. Maybe it's true? You ever seen those wild burros around there. I'd see them off the highway heading up to Oatman. It seems they've evolved in to colors that blend very well into the desert terrain around there and became quite camouflaged over time.

Yes, I HAVE seen them!. Took a pic of two and posted here..... now have to FIND it for you. Park attendant told me they are hanging near 17th rd lately. TTC

I don't know but when I peed, the piddle did not wet the ground, just bounced away! TTC
