Business Policies gone?

So I have lots of 'business policies' set up to help speed up listing and prevent errors.... but I have not seen them in the last two days. I thought it was just because I was editing items from before I used the advanced editor but I do not see them in that either now. I can't even find a list in the my account section.

Anyone else use them and not see them or is it just me?
