i love the Capped Bust design. Congrats on finding a nice one!

There is a tiny bit of discoloration at the top of the 1 on the reverse "10 Cents" that makes it harder to say definitely that it is the pointed 1 rather than the rare "flat-top" 1. I'm leaning toward the pointed 1 variety, but don't clean it to try to get a better look.
 

Thats is awesome those are vert hard to find I like just thinking how long ago it was dropped and sat for all those years till you came along Well done

There is something most appealing to me about those larger diameter Capped Bust dimes. Although the specs show the diameter to have been only 0.3mm larger than the smaller dimes starting in 1837, they just seem better proportioned (to me). I wonder if the slight diameter and composition difference would produce a different reading on your visual ID?
