Long time since I've dug anything worth posting. Happy with the butt plate, one bullet on left is slightly carved, and I've never seen a cleaner (top) smashed so hard that the tip of the plunger protrudes out the front of the bullet!

What the heck is the small round brass button-ish thing? (Bullet for scale) Weird thing is that it has WOOD inside. Found in known camp . . .

Never seen one with wood but it sure is about that right size, good call
 

Nice finds, and the button thing just looks like a button with the bridge between the 2 holes either worn away or corroded away. The wood portion looks like a core, above which was some material crimped between the brass and wood.
