Found this button today. Was wondering its origin. Is it Boy Scouts maybe. Anyone seen one like it?

If I'm seeing it right there are crossed golf clubs in the upper left of the shield, which would heavily suggest that it's a blazer / fashion button.

Ya it's got a tennis racket gold clubs. Water and something else.
