Button I.D. help needed if possible

Hello guys. My wife found this button a while back during a bottle dig. So far, have not been able to locate any info on it. Any ideas? Possible RR related?

I see an EH Co. or HE Co. (Company)

The E is laid on top of the H, so I would start with E.H.Co. first.
Try the city directories in the area where it was found.

Yes, it is either eh Co. or he Co. I kind of figured it was going to be a tougher I.D. I am usually pretty good at researching buttons but, this one Late 19th or early 20th is exactly where I would put it too Thanks for the replies

Pensacola, Fla. is where it was found and I kind of wondered if it could have been a monogram for something in this area. If it is a local organization of some type, it would be a first for me. If the E comes first, then I suppose it could represent Escambia which is the county I am in.

the "E"scambia "Co"unty "H"ealth department. . . has been around since 1821. Maybe a possibility?

When deciphering monograms, the letter or part of letter that is on top is read first. Definitely E H Co. Gary
