Yep definitely civilian fashion blazer button. Hard to read on yours but its says SPECTEMUR AGENDO, which is a Latin motto meaning, "Let us be judged by our actions," is a 1950's- 70's blazer button. I found several myself. http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/topic,62129.0.html
