Size? Front? What's the other words? Guess if you don't know....they look more legible than Philadelphia

From what I can read - something like Pailin & Pettie ? I think is going to be the clothing merchant, rather than the maker of the button. Likely dates from the around the 1830’s-40’s would be my guess.
