This is a button I found with no back on it. So unfortunately no makers marks..Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully you guys can get me a date as to when these were produced. Thanks again.......jgas

U.S. Navy button face... maybe as old as 1850 - 1900s... no way to tell with no backmark.

Thanks BIGCYPRESSHUNTER...That is one cool jacket and buttons. The site where I found this button dates back around 1920 or so, but I did pull out an 1812 Large Cent just down the street too. So still not quite sure what date this thing was around. If I were guessing, I would say between WW1 and WW2...Thanks for the help. jgas

Nice one! I doubt you can get a positive ID without the back, but I would definitely agree with the 1860-1915 range.
