Hey everybody, does anyone know of any web sites for button ID I have some buttons I found a long time ago, the one in question is flat, about 3/4 to 7/8'' in diameter and on the back it says London and has three stars, any help would be appreciated, Thanks Eric

you are at the right site...wrong forum perhaps....try re-posting in the"what is it"forum...lottsa knowelage there about such items

Hi Detroitdigger; Sounds like the one you describe s a 1700's era One Piece Flat Button. Without seeing the pics I can't help much beyond that. Repost with the pics and you'll know in about 1.2 seconds here ok. PEACE:RONB

PS: They usually depend on designs, metals, makers marks and condition. One pic of BOTH SIDES. and you will know in very short order ok. PEACE:

Thanks
