Found on the beach with my excal after Hurricane Matthew in Florida. It's 5.6 grams. Anyone able to ID it? It was found near this 1885 bullet casing.

That is not a casing, but a live bullet.

Yes, it's actually broken into two pieces and you can see the gun power inside both ends. I was originally just going to post the one side (the casing) but at the last moment decided to add in the photo of the two parts together.

I guess a more accurate response should of been an 'unfired bullet'. The primer is still live, but may be too corroded to ignite.
