C.M.T.C. collar brass,what does it mean?

I dug this several years ago on Ft.McClellan,Al and in its beginning it was called Camp McClellan training center.It is 25 mm in diameter,made of brass and has no other markings.How about it Buckram,you the man!

Citizens' Military Training Camp. (CMTC) The 22nd Infantry at Camp Mc Clellan 1924. 22nd Infantry bugler Camp McClleland 1924
