Not yet
I looked up the case and they have not put the minutes of the hearing online yet.

I did notice that on Jan 13 2014 they dismissed Hillman and CBD after saying fish and game had to pay over 262,000 in attorneys fees.

We still need to win in Nov. Otherwise we are going to have to use the 2012 dredge regs. and they are not dredging friendly by closing most of the areas with gold.

OK
as far as the minute of the court records.

It looks like everyone submitted arguments for their position for summary judgement or adjudication Next date 6-24-2014 for court

So this will probably be a year long process to get things changes? And what were the old dredge regulations?

1994 regs were what everyone was used to. If the court cases win everything a permit will be not needed.

Some rumors are saying the judge will decide this phase in two weeks.

You will be dredging with the NEW bo dredging regs and NOT the 1994 regs as promulgated by CDFG as they openly admitted to no longer having the expertise to finish a EIR. $2500+ for 2 weeks in a non gold bearing creek not within 3' of the shore with a 4" max PLUS 3 more permits from water quality board for yet an additional $1,260+++,site specific and for a specific spot as no moving around so they know who, what, when and where so as to cite ya repeatedly. Simply go to CDFG--oops changed the name CFW as hated so intensely by all-website ,look for dredging link and viola you get to throw up as BLOODY INSANITY-PLEASE do not believe but LOOK for yourself and kill these insipid happy threads..reality bites but bs and blue sky much worse-Court cases have ZERO-NYET-NATHA TO DO WITH THESE REGS-John
