While searching with my detector several years ago and found this commemorative coin. My mother in laws house. The house was built in the 30’s. At first I thought it was real gold but it just gold colored. I’ve seen values as much as $40.

Too bad it didn’t have a Charlotte mint mark. Lol

Yes. That’s what I was thinking also. It came out of about 5 inches of old soil but it looked clean and not in bad condition.

My in-laws house that I found it from used to belong to a church. Church was behind their house.
