Here's a list of the District Attorney's across California. We've seen the results of what our efforts can do. THREE HUNDRED PLUS, concerned miners/citizens spoke out. Please continue your efforts, contact yours, or as many District Attorney's as you can. Encourage them to follow suit and support us as well as their colleague in Siskiyou. You may not be a dredger or live in California, it doesn't matter. To lose dredging is another step towards losing mining in any shape or form. To a DA it may mean nothing more than conceding the fact that a conviction is not possible. That may very well be, but the general public will see and "read" it differently. When a rare act of common sense occurs- help it flourish!
