Can anybody give me a Tutorial for a challenger X-200 compass

Hey guys, i got a Challenger X-200 compass but i don't know how to use it so i need a tutorial , i bought it from a friend but he lost all it's stuffs, i'll be glad if somebody can help me.. thanks and sorry for my bad english.
