~~ COLT LIGHTNING MEDIUM FRAME RIFLE (unknown which caliber it was .. could be 44 cal, 38 cal, or 32 cal) MFG. 1884-1902 ~~




I know it is post ACW, but not sure what type of gun it is from.

It is 11 1/4 inches long.

Is the face of the hammer flat?

Try to clean it up a little and see if you can see any markings on the piece. Nice relic.
