Can anyone ID the year of this old Indian Motorcycle?

This is an old family friend on this bike in northern KY. Dating the bike would help in approximate date of the photo. Petty darn early model I'd say.

Based on the photos here, I'd guess mid-teens (1916-ish). Late enough to have the twin motor but still early enough to have the skinny fenders. But I could be wrong.

I replied with this to your post in the "Snapshot" forum.

"That style was made from 1909 through 1920/21ish but the shifter was on the left side up to around 1914 and on the right side after that, so about a 5 year span."

Thanks. So I think we can definitely say that photo was taken after 1909, and maybe anytime into the late 30's-early 40's based on my guess as to his age. Thanks again.
