i found same button same size and 1 smaller i was told 1902 to present and the branch was general service

Yeap... Crusader is correct-u-mundo.

Thats a general service button ("general" meaning "common to everyone" not meaning rank), US Army Great Seal Design, been in use since 1902 until present. Can't date without a back - sorry.

Depending on the age of the site you could make a guess as to age.
