Can anyone Identify this bottle? It has a number 28 at the very bottom as well as "No Refill" as well as some dots written along the bottom rim. Cool bottle just curious what beverage it once contained. Thanks all ;)

The bottom stamps can be used to identify the manufacturer, in some cases it will provide the date as well, that's the part to look at closely.
This is a pretty comprehensive list here:

It's hard to make out the mold stamp on the bottom. Any chance of a clearer shot of the bottom?
The only stamping on the bottom is a number 28. On the bottom rim I just realized there is some other text that says "SC04" or "SCO4". Thanks for the link! Tried to get a clearer picture but wasnt able to.

Well if there's multiple number stamps one could indeed be a date, in this case it would be the 28 if it is indeed a date stamp. 1928 possibly but hard to gauge. That sc may be the actual manufacturer stamp itself. I suppose scour that list to see if it's mentioned there. Also a Google lense with those numbers included in the search could yield results. In many cases I find myself trying to gauge dates on bottles or similar by assessing the types of context artifacts found in the same location. If I can nail down a general date range based on other artifacts with known or identifiable provenance found at the same location it's often helpful in narrowing down the search.

A quick lens search found a match for your bottle but only on eBay. It's listed as "vintage" but nothing more. Vintage, by definition, is 50 years and older up to 100 years which is antique. I don't wholly trust the claim of it being vintage, that term gets misused but I found one example. There may be better details but it'll require deeper searching. If it says no refill it's almost certainly a liquor bottle

I found that ebay listing as well I also found an etsy listing of a very similar if not the exact same bottle that implies in the listing it is from the 1920's and made in Havre De Grace, Maryland. Here's the link, appreciate the tips, I'll be doing more gardening in the area thursday so maybe I'll find some more.

I’m not sure when screw-on caps started, especially on bottles designated “no refill”. Those 2 things should help narrow down a date somewhat.

That might confirm my idea that the second set of numbers is the date stamp, 1928. Usually if there is a second set it's a date but not always, confusingly
