German last names are very common in France especially in the Strasbourg area of Alsace-Lorraine... but pronounced as in French, thus the comedian Stephen Colbert's name becomes Colbear....

As they are Belgian, it is almost impossible to take Belgian children out of Belgium especially when their parents did not live in the pre-war France. However, we will do what we can. With the assurance of notes considered lawful.
