I don't know your area but a quick glance and I think maybe you might want to look at Poplar Island or Newmanstown

Can you tell me a little bit about the Natives that lived there? Or how old this could be?

Both of those are names of projectile points.. You can look them up by those names they are both middle archaic and can range anywhere from 3500 years old to seven thousand years old in your area.
I really suggest removing the metal wire

I'd say Poplar Island or Schuylkill would be a good possibility.

One thing for sure though, you need to get the wires off of it before they take chips out of the edges, and believe me they will eventually.
