Biface : flaked on both sides (faces) ; Uniface : one side smooth flake surface. You have both there. Low edge angle = for cutting ; higher edge angle : for scraping.

Thank you If you had to guess, what time frame would that be in ? again thank you very much you can never stop learning even at my age.
 

The point type(s) you find with them will give you an age range, if these are close enough to as-made form to identify confidently. Otherwise, probably from any time between 8k years BC on to Contact era.
