Can will rule out blades, scrapers ?

Found maybe blades, scrapers , Need help to identify, time period, material made of. I found these last summer, Norther Tier Penna. I don't have the confidence to make any decision on these, especially the top two in the pic. Any help would be great. Thank you.

The point type(s) you find with them will give you an age range, if these are close enough to as-made form to identify confidently. Otherwise, probably from any time between 8k years BC on to Contact era.
