The Coors can is from the 70's, I can remember cutting my thumb on one, after a 6 pack you tend to push a little to hard on the big button. We use to make runs to Idaho when I was in high school to get Coors because it was not sold in Washington state (wasn't pasteurized or some other reason).

Your can dates from the mid 1970's to the early 1980's according to this website (scroll down about 1/4 of the page)
http://www.rustycans.com/COLLECTING/howold.html#flats

I can't tell what the second item is. Does it have a convex obverse? Or is that an optical illusion?

(I wanna go with you next time! - yes, that's pushy but I do wanna go!)

Hi, Cool Coors can. It looks unopened ?
Your other awesome find looks like it was once part of a ring.
A clearer picture might help people more clever than me, identify the stone in the ring, but I'm pretty sure it's a trinket treasure.
Cheers, Mike

Might be easier to ID the second object if the photos are resized:

How big is the George Washington Dollar? I haven't seen one in person yet. If it's the size of the Sacajawea and Susan B. Anthony (about the size of a quarter), I'd guess the second object was part of an inexpensive necklace. Can't really tell by your photo, could we see a clearer image?

almost looks like the top to a 1960/1970's mood ring, used to get them out the quarter machine at the grocery store. does it change color if you hold it in your hand for a while ??

If there's enough ink in the right spot on the label you may be able to read the datecode.

Here's a can that's got a datecode that may be worth a few bucks.

This cans code says It was made in Reynolds Metals Plant # 15, and made on the 20th day of the year. 1-20-97 (day shift) ... 6 days before the superbowl! the datecode is : R15 7020A

Ah... just saw the part about the "no writing" I guess that means no ink.

That can style was on of the first attempt to keep the pull tab attached to the can to elimate the pull tabs from being thrown on the ground. Don't we all wish that would have happened sooner? MD would be easier.
