Cant get into Chat !!

Can't get into Chat !!

Hello,

I go to Chat all the time but I tried today and I get a full page off this....

if you can't get into chat, there is a reason.

You see we take turns talking about certain people, and once you are "in" chat, you can all vote on who you are going to make fun of.
Then those people are blocked from getting in, and we all make fun of you.

Are there rules for engagement in the chat room?

Chat has been working for a few days However, the Options are missing, so no color changes, bold facing, or smileys are available like before.
