Hello there I found those stones that my grandfather used to keep and I'm wondering what kind of stone is it ? And I can see small gold flacks on it I'm not sure of it though.
Is it precious?and it's a bit bigger than a coin

Haifa,
Welcome To TreasureNet's WIT forum.

I'm not a rock person, but I'm sure some will be here to help.
One thing to keep in mind when posting pictures.
A lot of folks won't open attachments for fear of Viruses.
Best to use the "Manage Attachments" tab towards the lower portion of the Post a new thread page.
This will embed your picture in your post.
Hope this helps.
Good luck with your ID

By the way what little I know of rocks (which is not much).
your description sound to me to be a form of pyrite.

Welcome to a great forum! It's tough to tell from pics, but it looks like sandstone that has partially changed into quartzite. That type of rock could have flecks of gold from ancient times when it was nothing but quartz sand.
