Carbon county gold

Any one out there ever do any panning around carbon county and surrounding areas? I'm interested in panning but not sure where to even start. I know we have glacial deposits around here. Thanks.

Yes I have along lizard creak near bowmanstown. My son and I have found some color there but there are a few other places I want to check out

i live in jim thorpe and the glacial terminus runs through jim thorpe......so yo wanna go to some fast moving streams away from the terminus.......thats where you will find some color
