Caribbean Metal Detecting

I plan on going somewhere in the Caribbean for a vacation for a week. What island/country is least restrictive to metal detecting? I also plan on doing some snorkeling/diving also. Any ideas?

I detected in the Dominican Republic about 10 years ago, and did not have any trouble. I also detected in St. Kitts Virgin Islands and had no trouble there either.
